Wow - I get vertigo just looking at that shot! That isn't Scott clambering up there, is it ? Beautiful scene!
No that's not me nor chad. It's a popular place to climb and rapel in Snow Canyon State Park near St. George, UT, USA. What this photo doesn't show is how much space is still below that climber.

I see so many things in this photo! All the textures and shadows and color. Beautiful! Including a human really does give us a sense of proportion!
I'm afraid of heights and get vertigo, but I have gone rapelling. I found that the hard part is getting over the edge. Once you're over the edge, it's smooth sailing! ~ Nice shot!
