  • While in the Uinta's a few weeks ago I took these pictures around sun down. Both of these are exactly as they came from the camera (no photoshop ). It was a great night where I knew that another chance at seeing this type of beauty may be quite sometime in the future.

Perfect - literally - Chad these are awesome. That water is so calm - looks like it could "almost" be walked on! PS: If you need the owner's name for the tombstone - let me know!! ;o)

That's quite the coincidence. It looks like it's right near the place where I took my Phun Phriday! photo for today. Too bad you missed the chance to get a photo of Monochrome Lake.

The scene is really grand, and solemn...

I watched such a magnificent Nature for the first time in life.
    It is very good experience.

Thank you for showing splendid views.

    From the Far East.
    Best regards.

Love both of these Chad - the colours are wonderful, the scene captivating, and the reflections superb! What a great place to make great photos!

Several people who commented on my "Monochrome Lake" post for Phun Phriday! wondered how it was done, so I posted a tutorial on it today. If you're interested just click here. Thanks for dropping by and your comment.
